3S-FORM Coaching Model
- 3S (Internal Drivers of Change): These three self-activated processes are considered the "growth engine" for long-term development:
- Self-awareness: Understanding one's own strengths, weaknesses, emotions, and impact on others.
- Self-talk: The internal dialogue that influences mindset, motivation, and behavior.
- Self-reflection: The process of critically evaluating experiences to learn and improve.
- FORM (Coaching Process Framework): This framework guides the actual coaching interaction:
- Focus: Clearly defining the desired outcomes and needs for change.
- Options: Exploring potential solutions, strategies, and choices.
- Reality/Resources: Assessing the current situation and identifying available resources (both internal and external).
- Make it happen (Action Plan): Developing concrete action steps and committing to their implementation.
